Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to allow for self-evaluation of my personal and professional development while in the RN to BSN program. By reviewing the assignments, it allowed for discovery and self-reflection and provided verification of my progress and professional growth.
Students Approach to the Assignment
I approached this paper by reviewing my previous assignments and evaluating how the assignments aided my attainment of the core values in the BSN program. Writing this paper was challenging but rewarding in that is provides confirmation of my growth while in the program. I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment while looking through my assignments.
